Secret - Hail rotom

Enter a code (Game instroctions shows where to put the code and shows what the code is.) Then go throuh Eterna forest until you find the haunted mansion. Then go inside. Next go to a t.v press A then rotom apears.

I don't understand for the most part, I'll assume you mean an AR code since the event has long came to pass. This Hint has also been said before.

you have to go onto pokemon heartgold/ soulsilver and have rotom as first in your party then go to silph co in saffron and you will be able to use the elevator there which will allow you to change rotoms form

Wow. All wrong. First of, no. You do not neet an Event to catch Rotom. Second of all. The Event item (named the Secret Key, and only available over Wi-fi, and that Event has long since expired) is in fact related to Rotom. However, it merely allows you to change forms. With the Secret Key in bag, and Rotom in party, go to Eterna City, and enter the Team Galactic building. A room will be unlocked (I'm not exactly sure what happens, as I was too late too download the Secret Key), and you can change Rotom's form there.
