The glitch occurs when a pokemon is KOed by Pursuit while switching and Hail or Sandstorm is up This causes multiple weather effects to occur and each of them damage a pokemon with their own ability However Clefable Rayquaza and any other pokemon who's ability negates the weather effects will not be harmed
