1. Eevee can be obtained before the National Dex
2. Togepi can be obtained at Eterna City
3. Porygon can be obtained at Veilstone City
4. New forms for Giratina(Platinum Orb), Shaymin(Glacidea Flower), Rotom(Secret Key)
5. Legendary birds Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno can be caught at lv.60

plus he is pretty hard 2 catch! hes not like dialga or palkia! but he is at lv.47. |
