Try not using an emulator and see what happens

have you got mesprit running around sinnoh? if you havent try getting him out and then
trying to get national dex

did you fairly get all badges?

go to the old dudes lab and show your pokedex to him and complete the pokemon leag if you
have 100% hel give you the national dex.

I have pokemon platinum and there are 210 pokemon in the pokedex and my friend said you
don't have to have manaphy and if you have pokemon diamond or pearl use action replay like
me get whatever pokemon you need in pokemon platinum in diamond or pearl and if you have 2
ds's like me trade from pokemon diamond or pearl to pokemon platinum and you will have the
pokemon you need in pokemon platinum hope this helped.
