Unregistered 0	0 Weelll first you have to see ALL 210 sinnoh pokemons If you haven't seen all 210 pokemon in Sinnoh then he's not gonna let you p*. The guy who is blocking the water is stopping you from going to the Resort Area and that's because there are pokemon all through out that route that are from the National Pokedex!
