Save the lake trio then go to tg hq. You will eventualy have to go to mt cornet to beat
cyrus and the giritina. After that you can get to the 8th gym.

This is for the answer at the top. Where do you find the trio and who are they?

The lake trio is located near snowpoint city at the lake right outside the city to feach
the cave. At the left of twin leaf town is another lake go to the middle of the lake where
there is a cave go in to the cave but be warned the pokemon inside will want to play and
you will have to track it down. And the last of the lake trio is by the hotel right of
pastoria and past the man bloking the way to sunshore city, go up form his location untill
you see the entrance between the trees on your left. But you have to battle team galatic
to get to some of them.
