           This team is otainable without the national dex.The moves can be learned by the
pokemon.(I used this team and passed with flying colurs if you don't have torterra then
use this pokemon
                              Roserade Lv.65:Poison Jab,Magical Leaf,Solar Beam,Giga
Drain. If you have an Empoleon...Lv.65:Surf,Ice Beam,Drill Peck,Waterfall(DO NOT TEACH
EMPOLEON HYDRO PUMP PRESSURE WILL MAKE THE PP GO DOWN EASILY AND IT HAS LOW ACCURASY
ASWELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) If You Have An Infernape...Lv.65:Flamethrower,Arial Ace,Brick
Brake,Flame Wheel. Hope I Helped,Please comment on how you got on and add better moves or
pokemon if the set pokemon did not help you. P.s this took an hour to make excluding
getting info of  pokemon!Please do not put stupid comments on.

But aren't Flare Blitz or Close Combat a milliion times better than Flame Wheel(though if ur talking about PP then i do suppose Flame Wheel is better in that sense)
