Its very easy, actually. After beating the game and catching Kyogre,(see Prof. Hastings
after beating the game)go to Ringtown and talk to Spencer. He'll say you need a vacation
and youll go to Summerland. Youll find out that Solana is trapped.at the 4 way
intersection, go left. Get a Rhydon and smash the rockfall you see. there will be a Plusle
njext to it. Catch BOTH POLIWRATHS and go back right with Solana. take out the fire and
beat the Solo Go-rock squad. Go into the cave you see. Keep walking untiln you see two
caves . Go into the seocond and smaller cave you see. Fall into the hole and go into the
door.DONT FALL DOWN.THERES Groudon. Wait until he unleashes his fiery wrath. Then use
Poliwrath and circle him 17 times really fast. That should be it,hes easy in a bubble.
Talk to Elita to catch Rayquaza!

your good at this game but I still keep trying but not happening what you say. It shoots
its beam at you and destroy my styler, and if I touched it bring's out shockwaves

you can demolish groudon with a water poke ***ist i recommend ludicolo the use a fighting
or dark or both to make it super easy

ps to avoid the beam start your circle from behind him and annoy him like f***ing hell

use a water poke ***it to trap it in a bubble or a ground ***ist or a psychic one or a
gr*** try it it works for me.

after saving solona or da boy go into that cavern catch both and go too groudon use there
poke***ists i caught it on me first go and i was only 6 then

groudon is easy but rayquaza is a little bit hard if you dont have a ghost pokeasist
