What i did was catch a sneasel and waited till it starts looping

I was stuck at that part!

i caught a few pikachu and a medicham. then when the steelix was moving in a cicle, in
looped it rapidly.

You circle it once then as soon as the thing turns yellow get ur minun to use its
discharge ability then circle as fast as you can but dont touch it , or you do this but
instead put it in a bubble

just circle it really fast when he is moving in circle

if u get the partner guage full then use it on steelix just be as fast as u can then he'll
be captured

well what i did i had a girl ranger and i failed at doing so to capture the Steelix but
when i used a boy ranger i somehow got past it all you need to do is have a full partner
guage and when the Steelix is forming into some circle thing use Minun(or Pluse but it
doesn't work aswell) and then the Steelix will come to a freeze then you have time to
capture it but you need to be quick at this because the electric static won't last forever
and DO NOT! i repeat DO NOT TOUCH THE POINTS ON ITS BODY!
