first, get a glailie, a donphan, a raichu, a vaporeon, your plusle/minun to full partner gauge, and a gengar. get all those after killing other people. first, use the glailie against raikou, make a loop in front of it, let go, and let it be frozen. then, make loops around it. next, is suiccune. use plusle/minun to paralyze it, and start making loops. finally, entei. first, use vaporeon to make a bubble. wait for little flames around him to disappear. then, make loops. if that doesn't work, use donphan or gengar. if that doesn't work, use the other one. if u start to get kinda low on energy, use raichu. sooner or later, you'll have caught thhem all!
