You have to have an action replay to enter any of this type of cheat. The numbers represent the variables that the system searches for and the changes to the values. The title of the cheat is simply a way to keep everything organized for you and allow you to manage what cheats take effect. Hope this helps explain it. Basically if you don't have action replay a gameshark or aren't using an emulator that contains one of the above then these codes are all meaningless. - :)
