Lugia's Sign can be tough.Catch every pokemon(not the ones in caves after you destroy the huge slates) and got o Rand's house.After you finish the mission he gives you of saving Blue Eyes you will have to catch Lugia and afterwards you will get the sign. Make the symbols overlap. |
