Below I have listed all publicly known ranger signs. If I write Register them go to the menu, then go to Sign List, then go to the question mark and hit register. Remember, if it is a boss, you have to beat it first.

mewtwocopy the sign from main menu
ho ohcapture it first time
arceasgo to the past and get to light temple
celibicapture then go to the past

2. complete game

3. go on ranger net and tada!!!! there will be missions to download!!!!

4. download the missions

5. complete them and you can transfer them to any nds pokemon game!!! but hurry!!! the first one expires 1/13/11

Lugia's Sign can be tough.Catch every pokemon(not the ones in caves after you destroy the huge slates) and got o Rand's house.After you finish the mission he gives you of saving Blue Eyes you will have to catch Lugia and afterwards you will get the sign. Make the symbols overlap.
