After all that fly to Hippowdon Temple and procede to the moving tile maze (the [>] blocks)
There should be a quicksand "puddle in the middle of it. walk into it.
You'll drop into a room with tiles that look like the 3 Regis.
Place each Regi on the corrisponding tile and the door should open.

!! EVEY STEP CAUSES DAMAGE !!
Go and Capture Regigigas! ;)
PS: After you capture Regigigas, you get an adorable pikachu stamp for completing the browser!
