Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia

Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia is an action RPG sequel to the original Ranger game for the Nintendo DS. Like in the past game, you set out as a rookie Ranger just starting out in the region of Arumia. Unlike in the past games, you can choose your partner out of 17 possible Pokémon with many more able to be captured to use their abilities

In addition to the normal abilities seen before in the previous games such as Fire Using, Gusts, Cuts and so forth, this game allows you to ride your Pokémon in order to move on to new areas

Unlike the first game, Shadows of Almia utilises a Hit Point system in order to capture the Pokémon. As opposed to just requiring you to circle them without lifting the stylus up, this allows you to lift up and take a breather or avoid an attack. However, due to this, the amount of hits the Pokémon have to take is increased

There's a total of 270 Pokémon obtainable within Almia including many Sinnoh-native Pokémon. Many require Quests to be partook in order to find them, making it even more of a challenge to fill your Browser. There are also several downloadable missions featuring new Pokémon and three which you can send to your Diamond & Pearl games

In addition to the Pokémon Assists and other Styler boosters in the game, you can also obtain Guards from optional missions. These Guards upgrade the styler so that it can do more damage or prevent damage from attacks and other unforseen circumstances. This makes the strategy even better for it

As this game is yet to be released, a good chunk of information is still to be revealed...

After Quick Saving Look At The Ranger Base At The Opening Thing. Depending On The Time Of The Day, This May Look Differant.

First catch all 268 prior pkmn. then go to Hippowdon Temple with hoenn regis. there is a quicksand thing in the middle of moving tile maz. go in it. you will fall into a room with tiles that look like regis. put correct regis on correct tiles. door at end will open. go in the pokemon there is regigigas. [every step causes damage.]

I will explain how the power-up data works

type defense:
the type defense retires damage points to the respective attacks type (max. 6)

recovery:
after each capture recovers hp (max. 3)

time assist:
extends the time of each poke assist

combo bonus:
after 6 sucessive loops boosts the styler's power

latente power:
latent power 1 - boosts the styler's power if it drops to the orange zone
latent power 2 - boosts the styler's power if it drops to the yellow zone

long line:
lengthens the capture line

power plus:
boosts the styler's power (max. 5)

energy plus:
boosts the styler's maximum energy by 5

supreme defense:
cuts any damage by 1

In ranger school, you trie to beat keith at the bidoof catching contest, there is no possible way to win. keith always wins no matter what.

-Both character sets of both games have some spiky hair.

-In Pokemon Ranger 1, ((PR1)) you can only have a Minun or a Pluse as a parther. Now, you can have over 10, but only useing one at a time

- You may go to the past if you want to face Darkrai

-Most of the time, the people following you in Missions don't do anything. But Issac contributed the 2nd most to Operation Brighton. ((Before he got trapped))

-You have a rival named Keith that you don't see unless:
-Being in Ranger School
-Seeing him on the Almia Times
-Becoming a Top Ranger
-Proluge, doing the Quest: "Rosrade rEd, Roserade blue"

-In the first game you have blue hair, secound game you have brown

-After the Story Mode, their many simple Quests.

-First game doesn't have Quests.

-Both games Bosses have corny evil laughs

-Wheeler likes Bidoofs

-The Go-Rock ppl have turned good and become the Go-Rock Quads

-Ollie has a crush on Eliene

- In the other games, you can't become a Top Ranger. ((I think...))

To break the gigaremo you have to find a level 2 pokemon that has the right feild move

yellow = 2crush
red = 2soak
blue = 2burn
green = 2electrify

I will first say what are its attacks and what to do to avoid them and then i will tell how to circle it

In Top Left Keystone it will send a homing flame that chases ur styler. i recomend to circle it before the flame hits u
In Top Right has it shooting a diagonal energy beam that will take u a lot of energy. i recomend to avoid this by not circling him.
Middle has it creating dark shock waves around all the field so be careful while circling him.
Bottom Left has it shooting several shadow balls so don't circle him before he ends the attack.
Bottom Right has him create more flames circle him has u do in the Top Left.

U Can also use the drifblim and the electric pokemon help.

1.When you try to get Hippowdon to do Sand Fill run at theHippowdon and sandstorms will surround it. You'll be flashing. Approach it again quickly and you can go through the storms while you're flashing. also, Hippowdon only shows up in the circles ringed with rocks.

2. In the Hippowdon Temple, where the tiles are(second area)you can still stand on the tiles that are faintly coloured, so try to dare a little.

3. When you're in the temple and in the room of regigigas, the whirlpool sends you to the entrance.

4. Regigigas is; put simply is the hardest pokemon to capture in ALL of Almia and could take ages to catch. SAVE OFTEN.

Once you have captured all 266 pokemon go and get the three regis then go to the room in hippowdown temple that has the gabites and bannetes and in the middle of the room theres is a swirling whirlpool of sand go to it and u get taken to regigigas.
after u catch him go to chairperson elma at the union and you will get a pikachu stamp for completing the browser

When you finish ALL the missions(you dont have to necessarily beat the game)go to the ranger school to ascension square(i think thats what its called....fine if you have no idea what that is then its the place where barlow crashed the ship)there should be this writing in a box.tap on it with your stylus and you will go through the signitures that grads have left there.your signiture will be last

All you need are two elicktrick pokemon one recarge pokemon two dragon pokemon and two rock pokemon

The amount of time you get on the poke assist depends on the type and the level of the pokemon

the electricity poke assist freezes any pokemon for a short time

When you defeat Lavana, she'll run and warn about it. Save, dodge the rocks as best as u can and walk into the cave. Unlike Lucario, it'll only attack you if u run up 2 the gem. PREPARE AND IF POSSIBLE, BRING THE PIPULP!!! ((Obtained by doing the mission in Hia Valley, with the lady in the pinkcoat.))
These are the attacks of Heatran: (I think of it as a combination of Infernape and Muk)) ((I made up of the names))
Sludge Bomb- 5 damage per touch. These are permanet sluges that's yellow. Just circle around it if Heathrans there
Dynamite- ((Have'nt touched it)) This is a move from Infernape, that's looks like smoke.. Don't touch anything, it's so hard to predict the next location of these things
Fire Flower: A fire flower near Heathran.Don't touch the thing

If you have played pokemon rangers 1 then you will be very good at capturing in almia because you get the experiance that how i beat almia =]

First get Pokemon Ranger
Second Finish the game
up untill the three legendarie dogs battle Suicune and Rioku Entai is harder wait until he has used the flames on the side of your screen use your Pluse/Minun(Depending on which Gender you are) make sure that they are on full power as fast as you can draw loops around him and if you were fast enough you should have him GOOD LUCK!!!!!
