you get a quest where someone says that a chimchar is getting chased by 2 Beedrill. You go
to chroma road and you will see them. Capture both beedrill and the chimchar and chimchar
will want to be your partner.

Go to the chroma road were you had to use a carnivine. if you saw a beedrill,then go to
the place where you saw it. you have to battle and capture the beedrill and the chimchar.
after that, it's chimchar friend time.

To get chimchar just talk to the man in Chroma Road thats standing next to a log cabin
near a police guy. He will have a "..." over his head. He will ask you to rescue a
chimchar from a group of bedrill. Go near the cave and you should see chimmy being
attacked by two bedrill. Then its CHIMMY TIME!!!

three different quests can give you three different starter pokemon in almia. chimchar is
on chroma road, piplup is in Hai Vally, and turtwig is in chicole village.

its simple all you have to do is go to chroma road then youll see this guy with a camera
talk to him and then you have the quest for chimmy then when you see a cave youll see 2
beedrills sourroundinh chimmy then he will come to you then you will need to fight 2
beedrills and chimmy then finally bada bing badda boom you have chimmy as a parnter
