2:complete the browser 3:after completing the
browser get Regigigas and the special stamp

u can get jirachi in it by beating the game doing all the qwests filling ot the browser
fully and all the stuff to all (question) said then go to the hipodon templ and go to wher
the gem was and wile standing ther turn left,right,up,down, do that 3 times then leave and
return with porygon z and make a line between the porygon z and the middle of the platform
and jirachi will appear!*
