regice is in the almia castle

you need a magmortar to melt the statue to get regice
you need gallade to cut the statue to get registeel

magmortar is in the boyle volcano

gallade is in the altru tower

to get to regirock you need to get floatzel and go to the little place where you can surf
under the ranger HQ, then instead of surfing up into Crysta Cave surf down and surf down
the waterfall then get onto the little place to get off floatzel walk as far down as you
can there is gonna be a little cave and the statue with ragirock is in the cave

you need a tackle5 or a crush5 i forgot

you need a garchomp from hippowdon temple

First go to the vien forest and go to the place
where you got the blastoise on the misson to stop the fire. Get a Floatzel and go surf.
Keep going up until you reach the end get off keep goin down.Go into the cave at the very
bottom. Go and destroy the rock (crush 5 Garchomp at Hippowdon temple)target clear it and
regirock will come out.
