first you go to the harba village then you go to where sven droped you off when you first
go there, There should be a wailord there go up to it and click it and it will take you to
the capture arena! ^-^

Thanks I got all the way around and have now completed everything in pokemon ranger
including the quests

after you ride to it, you can fly to it from now on
