Secret - Kanto starters

You only get one Kanto starter so chose carefully.
You must have:
Got all 16 badges
Beat Trainer Red

Just simply go and visit Prof.Oak,Talk to him and he will give you A kanto starter.
Here is the starters and their evolution levels:

Bulbasaur Lv.16------->IvasaurLv.32--------->Venosaur
Charamander Lv.16--------->CharmelonLv.36--------------->Charizard
Squirtle Lv.16------------>WartortleLv.36---------------->Blastoise

charizard, hands down. High Attack in both places, and great speed. Watch the 4x rock weakness though.
