i did that with my Latios by accident b4...but i didnt transfer it out b4 i lost my pokewalker :'( now im just waiting for Black and White versions coming out later this year!

Is it safe I mean, it won't make you lose your pokemon or delete your save file, will it Because mine doesn't ask me if I want to save, it just does it... and I really want to clone my Arceus for a friend, but I don't want to lose it...

how can u the pokewalker only registers 4 1 save file unless u delete it am confused

I tried it with only 1 PokeWalker and DSi.... Guess what happened My original 1 got sent into the wild!

This doesn't work c477um12 was right I already tried this before you posted it up it doesn't work and only if done right you will keep it but it is pretty much just to keep one in the pokewalker for no reason and show off and then release it SORRY SILVER IT DOESN'T WORK.

Some people succeeded though, so I guess it worked for them, but... I tested it on a rattatata that I caught just for this purpose... Didn't work for me, but maybe I didn't do it right...

well i may not have transfered my latios to another game before i lost my pokewalker but... it succeeded in cloning so...yeah...

I go into the soul silver instruction booklet pg.52 titled "If You Lose Your Pokewalker..." and it says something about forcibly returning your pokemon if you lose your pokewalker. Now, it says that you WILL NOT be able to transfer the pokemon back to YOUR DS card... so I wonder if you can still transfer it to a different one and it does say if you find it, you'll have to reset it, so that might be a pain but... I have no idea if this works, so I ADVISE AGAINST using a valued pokemon to try it... Maybe someone can figure something out from there Its just something I'd thought I'd share...
