Not true. No-one believe OP, they are lying. The only way to get any shiny pokemon (this does not include shiny gyaridos) without using cheats is to either use the "chain" method (I think their may be something on serebii about it) or have VERY good luck. Also, breeding with one foreign pokemon (use GTS) increases your chances, but does not guarantee a shiny.
