here any one can post tips on training,battling and more. my tip is if you use moves that will boost your stats then it will make your evs on the spesific ev go up as you level up even better if you hold a macho brace

if you get a pokemon with pokerus then give it a power bracer and train in a low level area then you will get alot of ev with out getting alot exp which will give you more room for evs
