Well, the Champion will undoubtibly catch me of gaurd, so I'll have to build a full-proof team. So, in retrospect, building the team will be a challenge alone.

Thats the idea behind this whole league anyways. To make people work for the top. Not just breeze through it like in all pokemon games.

I'm glad about that, I prefer chacllenges, plus the new team might used in Wifi Battles. My friend battled Leo over Wifi (out of randomness, rather than a friend battle), and he said Leo's defensive team beat his offensive team.

I'd like to challenge this leo in a battle. He's seems legit enough. Plus I don't normally face defensive teams so I'd like to see how that goes. I'm actually looking to lose a battle now lol

Yeah...He was pretty good. I don't remember his battle style(s) though, since I battled him maybe a year or two ago.

UU pokemon are fun to play with since they aren't what you normally see. And why would your friend use a Quilava against an Aggron? Typhlosion can learn Focus Blast. Done deal for Aggron.

He likes unevolved Pokemon a lot. His only evolved Pokemon are Charizard, Ampharos, and Rapidash. I always tell him to evolve them, but he doesn't listen. But yeah, I'd like to battle Princeboo21 from Youtube. Almost all of his teams are UU.

The only unevolved pokes I think are usable are Pikachu and Clampearl

Strangely enough there is some great potential within the NU, I usually try to use pokemon that I've never seen, or ones I've only seen a little bit. A lot of what I have seen is within the BL tier though, I dislike battles that have only OU teams, it's too typical. I find that almost any pokemon (FE) can be useful given the right time and the right moveset.
