I don't think there is a cheat for the event Arceus. You could get a cheat to unlock the
in-game Arceus on Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, but it won't let you get the event when
you trade it to HGSS.

when u type this in ull get master balls as well 999 i think. for arceus, toss the
masterball s so that u have 493 left. run in the wild. and there random levels. dont know
if it triggers the event though.

thats for the modifier. it works and you can get every pokemon any level, but NONE will
trigger any events :/

well those two codes should get you all the pokemon from the event

ok yesterday i posted the codes above to get the three pokemon without the event but right
after i found a arceus event code that works (for me at least). there are reports that it
dosent work for some people but it worked for me. if it gives you a bad egg turn off your
game without saving.

to get the arceus hold down L and R then walk in a pokemart and talk to the green delivery
man

to reactivate hold down L and R and restart the event

the event starts as you walk near the front door o the house by the ruins of alph with the
arceus in the front of your party. trust me this code works im doing the event again right
now in fact.
