yes you can get shadow lugia, at some point in the game you get the shadow orb and when
you give it to lugia it transforms into shadow lugia

Garatina and I tried giving it to my Lugia but it said "Lugia cannot hold the GRISEOUS

If you had: the GBA, Gamecube, GBA-Gamecube connector thing, Gale of Darkness, Pokemon
ruby, DS, Pokemon diamond/pearl, and A friend with a Ds; You can do some serious trading/
migrating to send your Shadow Lugia to Soul Silver.
Send Shadow Lugia from XD Gale of darkness to ruby using connector cable. Then
migrate S.L. from ruby to diamond through Pal park. Re- Catch said Lugia, then trade to
Soul Silver. ------Peace

Before you go into the cave that leads to Lugia, walk in a circle 10 times. Surf five
times. Now give your Giratina the Griseous orb(sorry if spelled wrong). Now go and
fightLugia and it will be a Shadow Lugia.

The Shiny ar codes does not make your lugia shadow lugia it onlys makes ur Lugia have pink
scales on its back and also Shadow Lugia is only for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

ok, this is a code i made to make the next best thing: it might not be a shadow lugia, but
it's a shiny lugia with shadow force, draco meteor, dark void, and sheer cold with 500 in
every stats and level 100, no lie. It's an Action Replay code..btw, i made this code and
yes, i can make any pokemon with any stats and any attacks.NOTE* Press L+R to activate and
make sure you have an unwanted pokemon on your 2nd slot of your party because it will
