first you need get the power plant charge again. then talk to people in the radio tower he
gives you extension card then use it on snolax

(note:to get power plants fixed you need to beat misty then go to the nugget bridge (route
24) find the couple boys and girls and then beat team rocket for the last time then go to
misty gym go to the inflatable tube)
