You play soul silver too, but anyways I'd really try this:-
Lucario-Aura sphere, shadow claw, Sword dance, and superpower.(good sweeper but aura
sphere cuz its his move but its just recommended)
Dragonair-Extreme speed, Dragon rush, aqua tail, Dragon dance.(like no-life said)
Quilava/typhlosion-Focous blast, Blast burn, Quick attack, Solar beam/sunny day(And to
make sure it can learn these moves Evolve it into typhlosion)
I'm not gonna say anything bout ampharos or pikachu, And I suggest you take one of them
out! If you are a pikachu fan then GET OVER IT!

first i rate this 3/10 but lucario has balanced stats all around teach it:extreme speed(a
must youll attack first)aura sphere(a must so you can defend against normal ice rock and
steel types)the item it should hold is leftovers.
oh?dragonair should evolve soon or else it will have a bad defense against dragon type
moves so when it evolves teach it:fly draco meteor be sure to keep aqua tail and thunder
wave as they may prove useful later onit should hold a oran berry to restore its health.
evolve quilava typhlosion will prove useful with those moves:eruption blast burn overheat
and flamthrower.
now think about ampharos moveset its very helpful.
eh?now pikachu is kinda weak as long as it didint evolve and give it a light ball to power
up even more raichus moves.so i rate your team...8/10 whao if you had a legendary
then id rate 9/10 almost excellent keep going with that very tough team sketch97.
