Volt Tackle is a very powerful move and a move some people don't know of or how to get a Pokemon to learn it. The user receives a recoil when using this move and takes 1|3 of the damage taken by the opponent from the user.

You know what Volt Tackle does, but how do you get a Pokemon to learn it...

You could get Volt Tackle since Pokemon Emerald so it works for any games that came after it. It's kind of a secret move since you need to do very specific things to have a Pokemon learn it.

Steps:

1.Capture a Pikachu holding a "Light Ball" There is a 5% chance of it holding one so good luck there.

~ Pikachu are found in Viridian Forest.

2.After you obtain one, give a Female Pikachu|Raichu the Light Ball and take it to the Daycare on Route 34. Put it in the daycare with another Pokemon that the Pikachu|Raichu can produce an egg with. [Ditto is easiest]

~ You can also put in Ekans, Marill, Nidoran Male, Nidoran Female, and much more.

3.Walk around a lot until the Daycare Man says that they found an egg on your Pokemon.

4.Pick up the egg from the Daycare Man and walk, run, or ride in your bike until the egg hatches.

It's a Pichu!

The Pichu that you have should know Volt Tackle.

Go to Viridian forest. When you reach it keep traveling left until you reach a small tree. Cut it down using the Tm CUT. Then follow the path, which is going up until your face to face with a pach of grass and to sets of steps. Go up the left set and then your there!
