I think there are only three ways to get a Masterball (without cheats).

1. Receive one from the Professor.

2. Trade one from another Pokemon Game (have a pokemon hold a Masterball during trade).

3. Go to the Goldenrod City Radio Tower and play the Pokemon Lottery Corner everyday. If the ID number of your Pokemon matches the Lotto number then you get a free Masterball. It's rare to get the numbers to match though. The more Pokemon you catch the more likely you'll get a matching number.

This is a .sav file i made using Pokesav. It consists of 5 weakling pokemon with awesome stats and moves. There are only five because i don't know how to edit progress, and the file hasn't picked a starter, so I think it would freeze if you picked the starter with a full party. Anyways, the file.

You 1st have to get all 16 badges. then go to celadon city. go to a builing named celadon condominiums. on the 1st floor, go to the elevator and go to the 3rd floor. talk to the guy in front of the globe and he'll give you the GB sounds. then wherever you go it will play a old school remix of the song that is playing wherever you go.

Now, I was fishing, and this odd thing happened. You know the "!" that pops up when there is a Pokemon on the line Well, when I was fishing, the "!" popped above my Pikachu, not above me. Yay! I found a glitch on my own! :D
