When reaching the Indigo Plateau, you see this big building. You must battle the Elite 4
here. They are the toughest trainers you have battled so far so be prepared.
The first trainer you have to battle is Will. He specializes in Psychic Type Pokemon. All
of his Pokemon are weak to Dark Type Moves. 3 of his Pokemon are weak to Thunder Type
Moves while the other two are weak to Water Type Moves.

 It knows Confuse Ray to confuse you or course, U-turn so it can switch out with another
Pokemon, Psychic which is strong to lower your Pokemon's Special Defense and make Psychic
even more effective, and Me First which will make Xatu use any Attacking move that you are
going to use the same turn it uses Me First. If it uses Me First before your Pokemon, 50%
will be added to the move's power.

Oblivious -  Prevents the Pokemon from becoming infatuated.

 Review: 
 Teh Jynx is kinda annoying. It knows Lovely Kiss so you can say good night to your
Pokemon. Then or before it does that, it can use either Ice Punch, Psychic, or Double Slap
to build up damage on your Pokemon.

Own Tempo - Prevents the Pokemon from becoming confused.

 Review: 
 This Slowbro is more on stat raising. It knows Curse so it can raise it's Attack and
Defense but lower it's Speed...even though it is pointless to raise the Attack stat
because the Slowbro doesn't know any physical type moves. She knows Psychic [you should
already know what it does] and Water Pulse....which may confuse your Pokemon.

Chlorophyll - Boosts the Pokemon's Speed in sunshine.

Reflect

Hypnosis
Egg Bomb
 Review: 
 To lessen the damage on Will's Team, he can have his Exeggutor use Reflect to raise his
team's Defense. It knows Hypnosis...say good night to your Pokemon again. Finally, she
knows Psychic..again you know what it does...and Egg Bomb which does a very good amount of
damage.

 This Xatu...is different than the other Xatu Will has...kinda. This one has Confuse Ray
and Psychic like the previous one. It knows Aerial Ace which always hits and Ominous Wind
which is not a powerful move but may raise all of the user's stats slightly.
