How do you make these?

i might want all the shiney starters from unova put in a 80 by 80 pixel for my picture also maybe all of the water starters from all the games in one pic also a zekrom pic

Ikr. And yeah, but he's five. Also spriting is when you take the Pokemon sprites from the game and you use their arms, legs, etc. to make a new sprite.

That's understandable, not many people outside of spritists themselves know what it is.
