As stated before, i have battled him some time ago and his team is 100% hacked. A north american genesect has not been released yet, and this person does not play for legitimacy. So i recommend turning down every offers for battles. Because he doesn't deserve to battle with people who play legit.
If there should be complaints coming from the original poster, then i've nothing else to say. End of story.
