Yet i just like Charizard mainly for he is my favorite starter of all starters. Rock
versus fire/flying is a double kill, so to speak right? Charizard can always have a
combination of Sunny day and solar beam, though it is time consuming.
Woah, massive troll kill for stealth rock and roar combo- make a vid of that, i will
gladly like it (Oh! there's also Stealth rock and whirlwind, or dragon tail if you prefer
to be last) XD

They both have the same sp atk the max is 438
Ray has better atk 438
plakia has sp def of 372 ray only has 306
