EV Training


I usually always EV train my Pokemon before they get to Level 100. But this time I guess I was so focused on making my team Level 100 Before 4 seasons pass in the game.

So now I remember that in passed games, EV's were added after every level. But I heard in Pokemon black and white, EV's were added after the battle.

So the question is: "Can I EV train a Pokemon that's level 100?"
