Still say those 4 are typically more powerful.

Rayquaza- counter with hydreigon
mewtwo counter with darkrai
arceus... counter with whatever type is strong against its current type... i think also

birds at the bridges don't listen to two maxed stats. They'll keep raising until max EV
is
reached.
