Growlithe

I started a new game & have never used growlithe before even though i do really like it. Anyway, my growlithe is at level 31 & knows fire blast, flame thrower, flame burst & bite. What would be a good level to make her evolve? I just got my 4th badge & am on my way to driftveil city
