Hey I got to the point on the 4th world (I think; it's the green one with plants and the big stone snake on the level map) where Zal becomes corrupted and you chase him to a different level. I'm supposed to go into a pit, defeat Zal then I get the power to make stretchy solid bits of Corruption. The problem is that when I use the power, the Corruption doesn't turn solid and I'm supposed to use it to get out of the pit and go on with the level/game.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if I have a defected game.
