Who is Ceci?
Ceci is the only super natural female in Generation 1. ((Ceci=Cecilia)) She's a Earthbender and an half-elf, and a maid for Max, Herman, and Rosilla.
1. Make her like You
You must give her what she likes((LIST BELOW)) if she doesn't have any requests, especially on her B-day. Also ask her out on Romantic Festivals. Try ad win the competiotions too. Around Love Lvl. 8, she'll ask you to find her a Round Stone. Give it to her, she'll give it back. DON'T LOSE IT. Get her on Love Lvl. 10 by giving things she likes, and propose to her on the Bridge to Shine after accepting the request.

2. Steal the Bride
When she and Jake gets married, when you walk up to her, instead of saying " Happy marriage!" say "I love you" and she'll only love you back if you're Love and Friend Lvl. 10 with her.
