When ceci is at level 9 love, give her a diamond and that should bring her love to 10 or give her lots of gems from blessia island then if still at 9 give her diamond after you gave her lots of gems.

you go ver to the winter grotto place and go straight through into the cave and go right the carry on going right the you see the other exit go downwards and break the stones with a hammer that you can buy from tanya or get from gordan in the "please get me an amethyst" quest but you dont really need to if you talk to twice a day and ask her to go out with you on the holidays like " the flower festival and the dance festival". If you win in the eating contest or somthing like that, her love level will go up one each time.
