I'm up to Global Warming Age so i can help you guys. Firstly you need money cheat (save
your game, go to Options on the menue, go to password and type in MONEYBAGS). Secondly,
Make a clearance somewhere far away from your residential and commerce zones. At the edge
is best. Build 6 power plants and powerlines connected to then. Put the powerlines all
across the border of the map. Maybe some have to be inland if your city is large. Next
build roads, leaving 3x3 tile spaces in between. Then you can build whatever you want on
them. I reccomend you build Police and Fire stations just out of reach of the other
stations. And in the other checkered squares build anything you want. You want to try to
build your Symbal of Age somewhere else since it won't fit.
