hd buildings to build

Well, here's a few ways to make sure and are VITAL for your growth.

1. Do you have enough electricity in your city? You can check by clicking on the Power
Plant and if it says Cur Usage: Very High, then you need to build more.
2.Do you have enough water plants? You can check by going in the Information Sheet and if
the color if Grey, you need to build more in that area.
3. Do you have enough Land Value? This can change greatly by having Water pollution or Air
pollution. The more land value, the more sims.
4. This might be or might not be the case. Do you have enough Education and Health? I've
noticed my population kept growing with more education and health. Try building more
Education and health buildings maybe? However I passed the Global warming Age with nearly
no Education or Health at all, so it might not be the case....
