you have to build residential zones and when the houses are built you get revenue. you can
also do the same with commercial and industrial zones.

Raise taxes to max!

raising taxes to the max doesn't work that well!

theres a cheat game called action replay buy it in argos called ar max you get to cheat
and get infinite fund/money and get more cheats for the internet

I lost my game somewhere but you need to start a new account. I dont know why but once you
co in the negitives you can never get out!

If your despreat start again and bulid a 9X9 resdential area. do this 3 or more times to
get money! The more of those the more money you get! Rember that!!!

First go to the budget sheet and go on the red part.
Go down to the loan and debt part.
Get $10,000 and rise the taxes to 5 percent on the blue part.
Then biuld some rsidential zones and get revenue.
Soon you will have lots of money for spending at to pay
off your debt!

on 2 or 3 days before the month changes,change all the taxes to max.then change to normal
IMMEDEATLY

Just follow these instuctions and you will have +10,000 Simileons in 12 months:

1. 2 days before the month changes, put all the taxes to 22% (maximum)

2. After the month passes, put all the taxes back to about 2 or 3%. Do this so you can't
lose population.
