I found Norton! Yayaz! Oh, Cream is in Green Hill Zone and you talk to her. She will have
lost Cheese. You have to save Knuckles and use him to climb the tower in GHZ on the bottom
left. There is Cheese. When you are in Tails' Workshop and you talk to Big, he will be
talking to Froggy. You have to find Norton. He is hiding on the very top right island in
GHZ.

Im stuck at the bit where youve just found omega and u got him on your team cos i dont
know where 2 go

If you just came out of Omega's prison, fly to the ground and go to the Underground on the
bottom of the map. Then go down the stairs and go through the door on the bottom right.
Then go down, dodge the robot and go right again through the door. Go to where you fixed
the escelator and go up it. Then go to the left of the platform by dodging the Marauder
and click fly. Once you're on the middle tower, jump off the yellow-y bit and go to the
right of the red platform. Then fly. Then follow the red platform you're on now and then
things go smoothly.

Just use Pyraz (Chao) on everyone. Kill Ix first, then the others next to him.

You're on Battle To Angel Island. When you defeat Ix who has 350 HP, you will go to Black
Hole Sun (C6). Then there's another 4 after that.

Every time you fight different Nocturnus enemies (like the 2 next to Ix) sometimes you get
this thing called Tech. You bring it to Rouge in the Cyclone but I can never get enough D:

cheese is near the runway(the place knukles has to climb)go in there.

of course i cant find norton either!

Just find all 4 frogs. The last one you find is Norton.

Wait, where are the frogs? I can't find any of them.
