 I finished both blaze and sonic's storyline will all the chaos and sol emeralds, but i cant unlock super sonic or super blaze. Sure, i didn't do it on the first try, but it should still be unlocked. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

 I'm not so good on video games, so please don't question that. -.- I can't get past the part in Zone 2 Water Palace (sonic) where you have to jump over the floaty thingies that tip you off if you tay on too long -.- to the right theres an enemy (robot/knight/thingy ) to the left is elevator moves up and down (???) below is water. (no bottom). Is there a cheat for skipping past that act/Zone/part? And where do I enter the code? =.=

 I can't get past the spring in zone 4 act 2. I've tried using tricks with full power but sonic doesn't get high enough to clear. I've read a reply to a similar question and it says press button 'r'. I'm playing on a DS Lite which has no such button. I'm a novice, so please tell me what I'm doing wrong! Many thanks
