it took me 4 months but then ur staring at it when u go downtown theres a bus stop then a
thing like a water ball but differen t make that jump them into the reef cinema then

You defeat Man Ray then go put his glove thingy in the chest in your room. now take a bus
to the bikini bottom restraunt district, walk to the left and the very first path you see,
take it. then there should be one of those things that make u bounce next to the wall,
jump on it. then walk forward there will be a guy with a mini dirty bubble attacking him,
stop him. then follow the path forward. IGNORE THE WATERBALL STATION! the first path u see

Enter the area, continue going to your right; you will then see a platform, jump up on the
platform. Then turn around and you`ll a traffic light when the it pops up and says GO!
jump on it and proceed to next platform. It can be time consuming just be patience the
general idea is easy, but does always work on first try :) Good luck
