Catch the bus to residential district, then use the shell power to get up all the way to
the top. When your there use the water ball to open the gate and then use super strength
to move the box towards the big rock thing. Jump up onto the top off the rock and then
open the other gate from jumping up along the platforms above you. Just go through the
gaate and you'll be at sandy's tree dome!! :) hope this helped good luck!
