What you need to do is aim at something that is in your way,like a boulder or something
and if that doesn't work,then just look through the instruction manual.Maybe I don't know
for certain but I think that you probably weren't listening to the elder who taught you
the spell,you must have tried to get it the first time then when you came out of the
temple you didn't practice the spell that's probably what happened when you came out you
were so distracted with other things like tasks that you didn't think about practicing the
spell.Tell me if it works or not.If it doesn't then I don't know what to tell you just
take it one step at a time try one thing doesn't work, try the next thing until you get
it.

just cast the spell and ifnanything is in range a comp*** will come up with targets
showing what you can move/shock.
