I think it might be masqerade. because that is where the clothes from winning the
competitions are from. i do not know how to unlock it tho. if you find out, comment and
tell me.

I think you have to have won all fashion contests and 5 rank stars to unlock it.

Masqurade is only opened on special days. U also have to win the game first.

open and i've won the international contest about ten times

Masquarade is generally open about once every month or so, and is normally open on a
sunday. To check when it will be open, go onto your caldener and click on each date, and
on the top screen of your ds it will tell you what stores will be open on that day. If
masquarade appears, you can set the ds clock to that day and masquarade should be open. I
think it is only there after you have completed the game. (won the international contest
and got five stars. ) also, masquarade normally has only one item in the store, and it
changes each time it is open.
