Sorry to say I didn't provide any shortcut for the maximum use of Find
menu (CTRL+F), but to go to a certain section you can still use the
Find menu by typing the section you wanna go inside the "Find" bar once
it popped up, for example, "4. Rumors List" (without the quotes) and
you _should_ go directly to that section.

1. INTRODUCTION
=======================================================================
Yay! Another guide! I'm surprised myself that I literally really made
another guide after pausing my game time for the sake of life, but I
just can't resist Suikoden.... XD Viva Suiko series!
Anyway, Suikoden Tierkreis is another series of Suikoden, but unlike
its predecessor that 'appear' at Playstation consoles, Tierkreis debut
at Nintendo DS. I mind at first since THAT SMALL SCREEN TO VIEW MY
HANDSOME CHARAS but then I go "heck with it!" since, well, it's Suiko
we're talkin about here! I'll take any Suiko thrown my way! XDD
Uhm, back to the guide, this guide is especially, I mean ONLY, for the
Trading Posts spread all over the cities in Tierkreis (this is how
I'll refer "Suikoden Tierkreis" from now on). Unlike in some of it's
earlier Playstation brothers, in Tierkreis you literally NEED to trade
at the Post since it's your SINGLE way to earn Potches. You don't get
money from defeating monsters, instead you'll earn drop items. These
drop items are the ones you'll sell in the Posts to earn your money.
REALITY hits, fellas! Monsters shouldn't be carrying money! Yay to
Tierkreis! *somebody stop me! XD*
*cough* Sorry for the interruption there. In this guide, I'll list name
of places (towns, cities, villages, etc) that have a Trading Post, list
of items and their prices in each places, rumors that might spread out
for the year, tips of the best place to trade, and more. The reason I
made this guide is so I can have an easy time in selling and buying
items, that's why I hope you'll then found your trading time as easy as
mine with the help of my guide. ^^
WARNING: this guide contains SPOILERS. Eventho I've tried my best to
minimize it, I can't guarantee you anything. Be prepared for anything
once you decide to go on reading this.

2. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

I must warn you, I made this guide near the end of my game, and I
literally forgot some stuffs since early on I didn't feel the need of
a TP guide, until I hit some urgencies. The urgency of money and the
urgency of equipments that'll only appear when you've sold enough
amount of some trading items. So don't expect a complete guide until I
replay the game. Sorry. But if you wanna help by contributing or by
correcting things here in the guide, I'll be most grateful and so very
of course you'll get full credit for it. Please do? ^^a

Since I made this guide near the end of the game, some items I listed
here may not be appear until you've progress further in the game, so
don't fret when you found an item in my list not in your current game's
TP. Just continue and you _should_ get new additions of items to trade.

The guide's made in order of places you'll encounter throughout the
game, not in alphabetical, except for your Castle. I write the Castle
first in this list instead of Citro Village, Hero's hometown and first
place you encounter in the game, since Castle is the place I assume
you'll visit often, unless you really hated the place and prefer to
stay at Citro for a lotta time in the game (I must say you're a weird
one if you do that tho).

Try to encounter ALL the monsters in a dungeon. Actually, not just
dungeons, but also whatever places that got random battle in it. Like
infront of Arcane Academy after Desert, Ancestral Altar at Lugenik,
etc. The reason why I told you this is because some items will only
appear after you've defeat an enemy and made it _drop_ an item. So if
there's an item in my list not in yours eventho you've gone as far as
almost the end of the game, you might have not beaten an enemy or
made an enemy drop the said item. I've fought almost all enemies, I
think. If you found an item not in my list (and if you know how to get
that item), the help is welcomed.

In the Rumors section, I'm not sure if I've wrote all the rumors
available in the game, but I did write all I've ever encountered after
years of trading. Should you have a rumor or two that I don't know,
please kindly tell me, thank you.

Tierkreis 'counts' a year of the game as a period a rumor will spread.
One 'year' is from date 1 of Spring to 30 of Bud. A rumor will start
on Sprout and end on Spring, means it'll only last on date 1 of Sprout
till date 30 of Bud before vanished on the Spring. So if you found a
rumor at 25 of Bud, you better hurry to the place the rumor is affected
or if you really wanna, reset and load a save that was on the Spring or
Sprout of the same year so you can get the maximum result of the rumor,
since the rumor will be gone next Spring.

Since you start the game at Spring 1 and the only place you'll find is
Citro, try to arrive at Grayridge at the same year, this way you may
find some rumor that'll benefit you once you reached Grayridge or by
trading back and forth Citro-Castle-Grayridge, without continuing the
story first. This goes for every other time. Once you received a
story-related or default Mission (ones that the game throw at you
automatically, not those that's taken from Moana), you might wanna
trade back and forth cities until you get a rumor to use for your
advantage. The game only 'give' rumors if you're actively trading, but
not always so sometimes you really won't find a rumor at all eventho
you've been trading all over the world for 50 years and sometimes
you'll find another as soon as the previous rumor's gone.

DON'T forget the basic of trading: BUY LOW, SELL HIGH. Which means, buy
some items at a place that sell it with a price as lowest possible and
sell it at a place that buy it with a price as highest possible. Don't
worry, the price stay the same for each places, no fluctuations unless
a rumor present.

At first, your castle didn't have a Trading Post, yet. Once you recruit
Rekareka (Tuhululu tags along with her), you'll have your own TP. Your
Castle's TP can be found by going thru the NorthWestern Path of Plaza
or by keep going left from the 1st Floor Hall passing the Tavern and
Dining Room.

When you recruited Gadburg and Gorno, you'll be able to buy equipments
from them. Gadburg sells Weapons and Armors while Gorno Accessories.
The problem with these two is their list of items to sell to you will
only increase by you buying and selling certain items with certain
amount. If you're not into trading and feel your charas are strong
enough to survive without their equipments, you might gonna ignore
tradings unless you needed some money, but if you want the best
equipments the game offer then they are your only places to get them.
So if you want them to sell you the good stuffs, trade a LOT. I'm sorry
to say that I don't know what items bought/sold in what amount to make
an item to appear in their inventory, which means again I'll be waiting
for a help or two from you guys. m(_ _)m

Buy as many as you can afford and carry, this way you'll save time of
going back and forth between places and take advantage of a rumor to
the fullest.

If you cannot yet afford to buy the expensive items that give you the
big profit, buy the cheaper one with as many you can carry and save the
money you got from the profit to buy the expensive ones. Don't be
tempted to buy anything but trade items yet until your potch number are
seven digits above.

New items appeared in the TP once you've sold enough amount of certain
items. For example, sell about 10 Uncut Sapphire then Large Sapphire
will appear on the list. So not all items appeared after a monster drop
it, it can also appear after you've sold enough other items. Which make
sense to me if you put it like this: you sell lotsa Uncut Sapphire then
the buyer have someone to refine it, after it have been 'cut' and
become a gem named Large Sapphire, the buyer sell it again as a new
item. See? I love how reality really hits Tierkreis. So if you don't
have what I have, just keep trading a lotta stuffs and you're bound to
make the new items appear on your Posts.

Different Rumor could happen on a year, depending on in what city you
trigger the Rumor. For example, when you reach a Sprout season, you
enter Tehah Village and the trader there told you the Rumor about ores
in Grayridge drop in price, yet if you reset and enter Cragbark instead
of Tehah, the trader will told you about Glow Beads increased in price
there, while if you reset and enter Pharamond you might be told that
Pelts and Bones are rising in price everywhere. So once you reach a
year where a Rumor's spreading, you might wanna reset and enter
different cities until you got a Rumor suits you best. REMEMBER: the
Rumor depends on what city you ENTER and it'll trigger even if you
don't talk to the trader there, but you won't know what Rumor's going
around the world unless you ASK the trader there. It didn't matter if
you just walking past a city, as long as you didn't enter it.

4. RUMORS LIST

Rumors are, obviously, gossips that'll affect prices of some stuffs in
a place. Sometimes it only affect a place, sometimes it affect more
than one item, and sometimes it can affect the entire world!

There's a talk a new vein has been found in Grayridge--because of that
ore prices are dropping rapidly.
-> Effect:
ALL ores and stones prices in Grayridge went drop to half of its usual
price. BUY them!!

* Rumor 2 *

-> Wordings:
Silk clothing is all the rage now in Grayridge, and silk is being
traded at a high price.
-> Effect:
In Grayridge, Silk Thread price goes up from 250 potch to 1000 potch.
That's 4 TIMES! SELL all your Silk Threads HERE!! No changes in Silk
Cloth price (eventho the rumor said 'clothing' but the 'cloth' had the
same price while the 'thread' goes up. Weird, I know).

I guess the beastmen of Cragbark are tired of GlowBeads? You just can't
sell them there anymore.
-> Effect:
Glow Bead price in Cragbark drop from 1000 to 100. BUY it, and if you
wanna wait a bit, re-sell it back in Cragbark after this Rumor's gone
or replaced by another.

I hear that the prices for food is really going up in Tehah Village.
-> Effect:
DOUBLE the prices of ALL Food items in Tehah!! SELL those foods here!!

-> Wordings:
Right now, Iris Lazulis are hugely popular. You can sell them for ten
times their value nearly anywhere.
-> Effect:
Literally, 10 TIMES and EVERYWHERE!! If you don't have them yet you
want a HUGE profit, buy at Lugenik and sell them at Salsabil. Since the
price is 10 times, you'll buy each for the price of 100000 instead of
10000 in Lugenik, but you'll also sell them for 300000 instead of
30000 in Salsabil. Meaning a profit of 200000 each gem! Go crazy!

You ever heard of a Prismatic Peach? They're selling for high prices to
gourmands everywhere.
-> Effect:
Prices of Prismatic Peach goes up by 10 TIMES! Sadly, I don't know a
way to buy it again, so I'm stuck with a single peach and refuse to
sell it till I know how to make it become a buyable item. Help??

There's been an explosive increase in giant bugs in the forest, so
their shells are dropping in price.
-> Effect:
Giant Bug Shell prices reduced about 70% or more on all places. BUY!

I hear that the prices for Rare Items are rising sharply in Salsabil.
-> Effect:
TRIPLE all Rare Items prices in Salsabil! SELL all those gems here!!

Word is that Glow Beads are immensely popular now among the beastmen of
Cragbark.
-> Effect:
Glow Beads sells 8 TIMES, from 1000 potch to 8000 potch! In the normal
trading, Cragbark have already become the highest place to sell Glow
Beads to begin with, and now they're making it 8 TIMES?? Stuff your
pockets with Glow Beads from neighboring area (Naineneis or Tehah,
whichever), keep going back and forth to Cragbark till the rumor's
period's over, selling them for 8000 potch EACH!!

Because of the monsters in Rarohenga, there's been problems gathering
pelts and bone. Just about anywhere you go now will give you a good
price for them.
-> Effect:
An increase of 4 TIMES of all Pelts/Bone items, EVERYWHERE!! SELL

Rainbow Thread has been in fashion lately. You can get a good price for
it just about anywhere you go.

5. PRICE LIST

Finally, we are at the core of the guide. Using this list, I hope it'll
help you decide to buy/sell what at where.
I wrote the list in the format of:
Example: Copper Ore 95
It means the price of Copper Ore is 95 Potch in that place.
The list used the default pricing and if there's a different price on a
certain item due to the effect of a rumor, I'll add the rumor price
next to the default one by using this format:

Example: Copper Ore 95 (Rumor 1: 47)
That means Copper Ore's usual price at that place is 95 potch but with
the effect of Rumor 1 (check the Rumors List to find out what I mean
with Rumor 1 here) the price turned to 47 potch.

Buy: Cragbark (70) -> you actually can get one Ch'olui Cabbage for free
each time you succeeded Yadima's "Planting the Field 2" quest. The
quest isn't hard but it isn't simple either. Yadima's "Planting
the Field" quest only needed strong people, but "Planting the
Field 2" not only needed strength but also people that actually
CAN tend the field. That's why not all strong people can do it.
My best party member that'll sure to succeed the quest is Marica,
Dogha, Chrodechild, and Meruvis. If you have Gadburg, put him in
too as support member. These five will always succeed the quest,
once their Strength (except for Gadburg of course since Supports
didn't have stats, but Gadburg turn out to be strong enough) are
over 150 (not sure if it really is the minimum, but that's how
strong they are when I first succeed the quest, and it didn't mean
it's the base strength since you can add equipments to increase
your chara's strength to 150). Since this quest can be repeated as
many times as you like and only need 5 days per quest, when you're
not using those five people, you may wanna send them off to fetch
you a free cabbage.

and speed, use equipments to increase them). For Support members,
send Tongatihi and Semias, they somehow really fit for this work.
Maybe because the "Preemptive" and "Prevent Surprise" ability they
give, I don't know. It also need 40 days to complete
